Catalog
Due to the fact that we have over 500 items in our online store and that we add products to it on a weekly basis, our unique collection of wedding favors & gifts are only available on our website. We do not produce a printed catalog because it would become obsolete every time we wanted to offer you a new item. The good news is that you can now download & print a catalog directly from our website onto your computer showing every item that we have for sale. Click Here.

Delivery Time
Unlike the other "Wedding Favor" Sites online, we carry all of our items in our own warehouse. What does this mean to you? Simple. All of our in stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days from when the order is placed. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail and may be offered a replacement product or have the rest of your order shipped excluding the out of stock item(s). We will be happy to ship you the out of stock item if you can receive it in time for your wedding.

Lowest Price Guarantee
We at Nuptial Knick-Knacks know how expensive weddings can be, so our mission is to offer the lowest prices on wedding favors and gifts. Because we import some of the items we sell, we are confident that we offer the best prices out there. We also constantly search other websites, retail stores and catalogs to make sure we have the lowest prices. Our philosophy is to work on a small profit margin and a high volume. And so far, it's working. If for some reason you find the same item anywhere else at a lower price, we'll beat that price by 10% (Price difference must be at least 10¢ and in stock at the competition. If you are in another country other then the U.S.A., The competition must offer shipping to your country for the Lowest Price Guarantee to be valid. Does not include special volume discounts or items that have "KA" or "WS" in the item number.) Simply tell us where we can find the competitor's price, we'll verify it and give you your reward. We'll even throw in an extra little gift with your order for bringing it to our attention. It's as simple as that. Shipping
Nuptial Knick Knacks ships via UPS and FedEx Ground, Third Day, Second Day, Next Day Air and UPS Ground to Canada unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of your website checkout. You will receive an e-mail notification after your order has been made. Shipping times vary according to shipping method chosen upon internet check out. Refer to the guide on the website to estimate your delivery date. Once your items are shipped, Nuptial Knick Knacks is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. Please make sure that you put your correct address on your order form. If your package is undeliverable, you will incur additional shipping costs to get your order shipped back to you. If possible, please have your order shipped to a place where someone can sign for the delivery. Nuptial Knick Knacks cannot be responsible for packages left at the door of the delivery address. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Nuptial Knick Knacks is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

Methods of Payment
We accept the following payment forms: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Personal Check. However, if you are paying by personal check, your order will be shipped once your personal check is cleared with the bank. This may take up to 14 days. International Orders

Samples & Minimum Orders
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not have a minimum order. Please note that some of our items are packaged in sets and cannot be purchased individually.

Return/Exchange Policy
Nuptial Knick-Knacks guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or a refund. Please call us at (210) 481-9722 to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Because we receive so many parcels every day, please make sure you receive a Return Authorization Number from Nuptial Knick Knacks before returning anything to us. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is broken. In that case, Nuptial Knick Knacks will pay for the shipping back to our warehouse of the broken item. Our warehouse can only accept parcels with this number clearly marked on a return box. We charge a modest 10% restocking fee and will be glad to refund or replace your returned items (minus any shipping & handling charges). A Return Authorization will be valid for 2 weeks from the date it is issued. This is simply so that we can keep track of what is being sent back. Please note, because we do not have any control on how your cameras are handled once you receive your order and by who you choose to develop the film or what style and technique the lab chooses to use, we can not take returns on any of our disposable wedding cameras once an order is shipped out.

Sales Tax
Because Nuptial Knick Knacks is located in the state of Texas, only orders shipped inside of Texas are required to be charged tax. All other states and foreign countries are tax exempt.
